I build software with a product and operations mindset shaped by experience across ERP/data systems, enterprise application operations, and production SaaS development.

At Beauty Plus, I worked as an ERP Migration & Data Systems Analyst supporting migration from a legacy C# system to a web-based platform. I documented cross-department workflows, gathered requirements, prepared database handoff and validation materials, and delivered SQL reporting used for management decisions.

At Samsung SDSA via Snelling, I work as an Application Operations & Monitoring Engineer supporting enterprise production systems. I contribute to WebLogic operations, centralized observability with Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager, Dockerized Elasticsearch/Kibana logging workflows, and incident support with cross-team communication.

I also contribute to GenAI initiatives by translating business requirements into technical planning, including document-processing use cases and solution/cost estimation discussions.

At SellerVisor, I focus on hands-on product engineering as Co-Founder and Lead Product Engineer. I build and operate a multi-tenant SaaS platform with ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Next.js, Docker, Linux, Hangfire, Stripe, Amazon SP-API, Amazon Ads API, and AI service integrations while continuously shipping and improving production features.
